Discount cards and specials - Frequent client discount cards are available and must be presented prior to provision of service. Coupons and special offers are subject to expiration without notice. Unless otherwise stated.
Late Arrivals If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you may not receive the full amount of time that we have set aside for you. So if you are running late, a phone call would be very much appreciated. Due to consideration to other clients we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Gift Certificates - Simply Spoiled gift certificates are non-refundable and are issued with a strictly upheld expiration date. Simply Spoiled is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Certificates may be purchased for a specific dollar amount or service. Telephone/Mail/Online purchases are accepted.
Returned Checks - Personal checks and major credit cards are accepted. All returned checks due to insufficient funds are subject to a $30 processing fee.
It's your time - No phones, No kids (unless they have a service scheduled), No hassles, No stress. If you must have your phone, please turn it on vibrate and if you must have a long conversation, please excuse yourself for the consideration of other clients.
Reservations - There is a high demand for services especially on weekends. We highly recommend you make your appointment at least two weeks in advance. A credit card or gift certificate on file is required to reserve all spa services. This is especially true for groups of two or more.
Spa Spoilee Cancellation - Any service over $25 will require a credit or debit card number. If we do not receive a 24 hour cancellation notice, your card may be charged a $15 fee. We have time set aside for you only and your time is important to us.
Payment - We accept cash, checks, mastercard, and visa cards. Prices subject to change without notice.
